TranscriptionUp to 1965 the name of the collection of buildings which served that purpose, and located on the site of Forby Sutherland Memorial Park. Prior to 1965, while the new complex was being planned, the phrase COUNCIL CHAM3ERS - Administrative Building was rlso used. The New Building (1965) was officially named the 'David R. Kirkby Administrative Building', but this name was not opularly used. Later the building came to be called 'The Administration Centre'.
