DescriptionThe Sylvania approach to the bridge can be seen here from the western side with some of the houses of the surrounding area in the foreground. The iconic Seabreeze Hotel can be seen in the distance at the northern end of the bridge. This modernist style building was constructed around 1939 replacing the original hotel a landmark since the late 1870s. The site was redeveloped in the 1990s when the hotel was demolished and replaced by the apartment complex seen there today.
