TranscriptionWater frontage belonging to private owner. Taking the Park side of the port, extending from the corner to the South-west Arm entrance, there is, along the shore, the continuation of the Deer Park to its boundary fence dipping into Dark Bay. Several waterfrontages belong to private landowners, these being Laidley's Point, Want's Point, Mr E. P. Simpson's freehold and cottage, which stands back in the centre of improved grounds, Gogerly's Point, and Mr G.F. Want's cottage. Finally and almost at the South West Arm there stands Warumbil, the cottage recently built by the Park authorities.
